Terms and Conditions. 

 

 

All vehicles (* For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the term "vehicles" refers to caravans, boats and jetskis or any item stored at the facility) stored at Mordialloc Caravan and Boat Storage are done so at the owners own risk. Mordialloc Caravan and Boat Storage takes no responsibilty for any loss or damage to your vehicle either while entering or exiting the site or whilst stored on the premisses. Nor do they take responsibility for any damaged caused by your vehicle to other vehicles whilst on the grounds of the storage facility.

All vehicles must have a current insurance policy covering it, plus public liabity for any damage to other people or property. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. A copy of the current insurance policy must be provided to Mordialloc Caravan and Boat Storage at the time of entering into a storage contract.

 

Each year at the time of insurance policy renewal, a copy of that renewal must be provided to Mordialloc Caravan and Boat Storage. Failure to do so, may result in an eviction notice being issued for the immediate removal of the vehicle. Mordialloc Caravan and Boat Storage takes the matter of vehicle insurance very seriously and there aill be no exceptions to this rule under any circumstances.

 

Storage payments must be made on the desiginated day of the month and any vehicles that fall three months in arears may be removed from the storage facility at the descretion of Mordialloc Caravan and Boat Storage and recovery action will be taken to collect owed monies including the cost of removal of the offending vehicle/s.

 

Any fees incurred by Mordialloc Caravan and Boat Storage due to lack of funds being available at the time of direct debit payments will be forwarded on to the party responsible for that payment. If this occurs on two seperate occasions, direct debit facilities may be withdrawn from that party. Withdrawl of direct debit facilities is at the total discretion of Mordialloc Caravan and Boat Storage. 

 

Under no circumstances are owners or their agents to spend the night/s in their vehicles whilst stored in Mordialloc Caravan and Boat Storage. This is a vehicle only storage facility. Nor are the facilities to be used in any way as an entertainment area for drinking or entertaining guests.
